Changes

I have to tell you, this has got to be one of the most hectic semesters/period of studying that I’ve taken. My boyfriend and I have been going on for almost five months now. It’s not easy juggling my education, family, boyfriend, social life and myself. Most of the time I haven’t even got time for the last thing.

So changes! My mum’s leaving the country to work in Singapore. We won’t be working together with our jewellery anymore. I’ve decided to grab this opportunity (holidays are around the corner as well) to get a proper domain for Tiny Hands, rather than let it rot in the shadows of Last Chapter. Etsy isn’t doing me any good either (fees can get pretty expensive). I’ll have to redesign my business cards, design and code the layout for the new domain, as well as work out a shopping cart/check-out system, adverstise, make new products, take new photos of my existing inventory…

Basically, I’m starting anew. Or doing a major revamp!
I’ll need to find myself someone who will agree to host commercial sites. I feel terrible dumping all this on Kelly.

I’ll be a busy little bee these next two weeks.

I’ll be leaving for Singapore on Saturday, so I figured I should post a little update before I go.
I’ve made a new photomanipulation and sold a necklace. Made a couple of custom orders for a friend. They should be shipped out tomorrow. Also, thank you all for the warm comments in my previous post.

The Grand Opening…

… That won’t be so grand.
Welcome to Mei Pak’s new website! Leave your coat on the coat hanger by the door and come in. Take a look around, and take your time. Have a seat. I will be serving you with refreshments shortly.

Oh and I’d like to thank the wonderful and very giving Kelly for hosting me.

On your way out already? Don’t forget your coat. Have a nice day!

I’m not crazy, really.
